On 15 September there was a circular walk from Pewsey, along the Kennet and Avon canal and back along the hills. As it clashed with the week in Northumberland, was a long walk, and quite a drive for many people, the turnout was low, which is a shame as it was a great walk in weather of the sort we should have got in August.
