On the weekend of 26-28 June, we camped just outside Corfe Castle.
We walked from Worth Matravers down to Seacombe, and explored the old quarry there.
We continued around the coast, until we got to Dancing ledge, where we ate lunch and a few of us had a swim.
And further round the coast, past Durleston, until eventually we came down into Swanage.
We had an ice cream, then decided that we couldn't find space on the beach, and it was getting on a bit anyway, so we should head to the station for the train back to Corfe.
We walked from Corfe up onto Nine Barrow down, and along the ridge towards Ballard Down.
As we were walking along, the Red Arrows did a display almost right overhead, presumably for the Swanage carnival.
We stopped to eat lunch near the end of the ridge, then descended and headed back to Corfe on the lower path.
And that's it. Just time for a quick pint in Corfe before we all went home.
