Lake District (2/6) - Coniston fells

There was a walking group holiday to the Lake District at the end of July, staying in a hostel in Ambleside

Monday 27 July

Everyone went up the Old Man of Coniston (803m), however the "A Team" as we were later dubbed also did Swirl How (800m) and Weatherlam (762m). The weather started off with showers, strong winds and poor visibility on the tops, but slowly improved during the day and the sun came out once we were half way down Weatherlam.
