On the August bank holiday weekend (29-31 August) we stayed in Bridges youth hostel.
On Saturday we walked over the Stiperstones to Snailbeach and back.
On Sunday we walked over the Long Mynd, down Light Spout Hollow to Church Stretton; then after stopping a tea room, up Ashes Hollow and over the Long Mynd back to Bridges.
We did a short walk in the area near the hostel.
